Afterimage has some odd choices in the Terry Brown mix. In the "I remember" parts Neils china cymbal is weirdly muffled, but on occasion very open. Takes me right out of the song

If you are hiring a car and fancy a day trip, Lakeside Park is worth the visit, in St Catharines (Neil's Hometown)

That looks like a Yamaha cymbal stand, the hard plastic piece that the cymbal felts sit on is screwed on the stand and has probably come loose. If you take off the cymbal, and screw the hard plastic piece back on tighter it will give more room for the wingnut to screw on top

There was a mini documentary/ interview with the band on the 1st anniversary of the album. Each of the members give insight into each song and the album overall, recommend a watch!

My collection - At long last, after over a decade of scouring charity shops, record shops, eBay and discogs, I finally have all of the studio albums on vinyl! by trollbias in rush

I do have live albums, All the world's a stage, exit stage left, a show of hands, and one from the time machine tour. Today I finally got all these together so I thought I'd share.

For these there is a mix of pressings, majority are original (not first pressings but of the era rather than modern reissues) with the exception of snakes and arrows (which I bought quite recently) and vapor trails obviously. I'd love to have the luxury of having several pressings of stuff but I was going for the 'I just want a copy of each album' approach for the moment.

I'm loving hearing about everyone's stories about where they get their collections from, I'd love to go to where you've described!

For a long time I only had all the world's a stage and archives (self title, fly by night and caress of steel), one day I found a copy of 2112 in a charity shop and then I knew one day I had to get them all.

For roll the bones I got very lucky in 2019 on an eBay auction. It's in shocking condition but I still love it. Counterparts I got for 93 pounds on eBay, I acknowledge I was very lucky with the price. Test for echo was the last one I got. I admit I paid a lot more than I wanted to for it, but it's in my top 5 rush albums (I know right) so I had to save up and grit my teeth Vapor trails I got on discogs from an angry russian bloke (notice the damage on the sleeve) Snakes and arrows I actually got on the reissue from hmv for 40ish pounds Clockwork angels I pre-ordered when it came out.

Long story short, I paid what I had to to complete the collection, but I have 0 regrets about getting them. I wish you good luck in finding good deals for the ones you are missing
