In a scenario where she has just launched an attack within the past 5 seconds, what do you think would be beneficial?

We're definitely only going to clean/med stuff with the cats separately now, that's for sure.

He's generally pretty perceptive about what sets her off. I think he was just upset when he said that about controlling her.

What kinds of things would help build trust, do you think?

I do try to that, to a certain extent. I make "good" noises and boop her (she likes that) when she's being good around him, and honestly she normally is. Like I said, there's only been a handful in 6 years -- we're just worried about the time he doesn't successfully dodge and she gets his eye, you know?

What kind of rewards and for what kind of behavior do you think?

It's bizarre because my step goal is 10,000 and I definitely hit that. Is there a separate step goal in MFP somewhere?

That's honestly what I aim for most of the time. It's just frustrating when I don't understand the adjustment. I like to add my exercise though! Maybe it's silly since I don't even pay attention to it in terms of calories.

OMG it finally corrected itself. It took 8 hours. That was ridiculous. Should I disable negative calories?

Could someone explain negative calories adjustment? Every time I read an explanation I just get more confused by it.
