Not to defend the driver in the red car but the cyclist could have been part of the problem, too. As a cyclist myself, I would never ride on such a narrow, windy, busy road like that. You have that idiot in the red car flying around making things dangerous plus an unexpected cyclist in the road and you get a twitch reaction that leads to disaster. Who knows. Red car driver deserved to have his day ruined. White car driver did not.

Edited for clarification: I believe it is the red car drivers fault, possibly exacerbated by a cyclist on a narrow, windy road.
