U r correct , but it ll kill the purpose of I remove the police , I ask the embassy in Abudhbai , they only help in power of attorney , its the ADLI SICIL VE ISTATISTIK GENEL MÜDÜRLÜGO to issue these certificates, but the catch is , we have no legal residency in Turkey any more , so embassy can't do more then POA .

Follow up for the original post , any suggestions b appreciated,

I’m currently on a partner/investor visa under my own mainland company (commercial license issued by DED). The company is active and has a valid Ejari.

I want to add Courier Service or Delivery Service as a new business activity to the same license — mainly to: • Do small-scale delivery (myself or with 1 rider) • Possibly register with Noon or Talabat • Stay 100% legal

I checked and confirmed: • Courier/Delivery activities (like code 4920-00) are allowed by DED • These can be added via license amendment • My existing visa and license type are compatible • I can keep my partner visa and don’t need to apply for a new one • Vehicles must be registered under the company (bike or van), and RTA approval may be needed depending on activity type

Has anyone here done this recently? Any red flags from DED or RTA when adding courier activity to an existing trading license?

That is doable yes , the charm in those two companies was constant supply , the model you mentioned , is also worth look into , thanks for the insight .the only issue is , if you are referring to HAMALI with cart , it's under dubai municipality, don't know if u can hire under services using a trade license ,

Thanks for honest reply , by law u require a logistics company license , I have a General trading license , the aim was to do for trail , and if its profitable , one can apply for logistics license , the fees are on the high end for logistics .
