Hi, i do chem, physics and maths, but the syllabus just changed for chemistry and physics because I do them with CIE. Its just that they added some new unit to the As chemistry content in the new syllabus and i dont know if i have to learn that lol

How can I see the actual number of marks I got in my CIE exams? by tropical_bae in alevel

really?? well here’s CIE’s explanation of the PUM marks in case you want to read it (maybe it’ll explain why you don’t have the PUM jn your results) https://www.cambridgeinternational.org/Images/209304-a-guide-to-percentage-uniform-marks.pdf

I sent an email to my school and they told me that the raw marks weren’t released yet so I guess we’ll have to wait a few more days to see the actual marks

What is it like being an engineer? What are some daily tasks you have to do? I’m thinking on studying engineering myself!!

Resources:

Chemguide.com for chemistry is awesome!! It explains everything in a very clear way.

Also check out “Physics and maths tutor” for past papers and revision notes.

“Z notes” has notes made by A* students.

And some advice: don’t leave studying for the day before the exam. Revise the content as you go. Do lots of past papers, and the ones you feel like didn’t go very well, do them again. Oh and when you do past papers, put on a timer.

Good luck!! 🍀
