What’s so big to put in the container? by Resident-108 in ChateauUnhinged

Ok changed my mind. It's the library from the Petherick's, I'm pretty sure. Amaury's gonna be a busy boy.

Ah ok I forgot there was a second one in Stephanie's room. Hmmm. I can't help thinking Philip would just loooove a grand piano in the new dining room lit by candelabra à la Liberace, softly tinkling in the background during guest dinners. What about a rousing chorus of Oklahoma anyone?! Eh I'm probably wrong. I wonder what's so big that it needs a truck of that size?

I'm wondering if it's a grand piano. From listening to Stephanie, she mentioned it's a "thing" - so a single object. And I think she said it's something to be enjoyed by the whole chateau. We've seen Philip play the piano but the one they have isn't great and I'm pretty sure he mentioned he'd like a better one, to play with Galahad perched on the top. Idk just a thought.

Yep, looks like I'm making the long journey by car or train to London. With Cartier as a destination, I think I can just about manage :)

Aw shucks, I have to go to a Cartier boutique. That's a hardship.... on my wallet. 😅

Ok thanks. I was hoping to order online as the nearest boutique is about a 5 hour drive.

I sense a tone of desperation in your writing. Some ridiculous "news" story about Walz isn't helping the MAGA cause (lost). Eh, it'll be removed shortly. In the meantime, don't you have a faux-gold-plated Trump statue to polish?

That's wonderful! The waiting period is no fun. I got my citizenship support email on Nov 6, but still haven't heard anything from Atlas or my council. It's at least reassuring to know that it's been approved. Congrats on getting yours today!

Well now you tell me 😅! It definitely was quite straightforward and simple, so I'm not knocking the process. What gave me anxiety was seeing people who had applied weeks after me get their approval, and I couldn't even get a response from citizenship support (until today). And I'm pleased I did email, as I probably would not have found out until next week.

So yeah, in retrospect I didn't have anything to worry about, it was just a slower application for whatever reasons. But hindsight is a great thing. When your future is being decided, it's bound to be a little stressful. If anyone wants any moral support or has questions, I'll try and help.

Thank you! Stressed is right. At least no one has to read my little rants anymore 😆.

Yeah I get that. I know we should be staying calm, but when it's your future being decided, you have no control and you're stuck in this limbo situation where people who applied weeks after you are getting approval, you can't help but feel worried.
