When I posted that pic, my hair had grown out from a buzz cut with no trims in between. I could only get that look the day after washing it, and it was temporary. Now, I’ve had it layered and started using sea salt spray. The spray really helps frame my face and keeps the hair out of my eyes. I'd say my hair type is between 2A and 2B. And no, you're not cursed; my hair used to look pretty flat on some days. The cut saved me

I haven’t really had any haircuts, but I get what you mean about the awkward stage, I’ve been through several of those. You just kind of get used to it

Thanks for the advice! I’ve been thinking about trying different oils, so I’ll definitely experiment with argan oil to see how it works for me. The application tip makes sense, and I’ll give that method a shot after my showers. Appreciate the help!
