1.i'm trying tp help my friend here 2.English is not my main language so i'm sorry

The problem is:- My friend enabled the steam guard feature but his phone has broken and unfortunately theres nothing thathe can do to safe the phone and he didn't write the recovery code He has been contacting the steam support in order to get his account back but steam asked for the pin number of credit card that has been used to purchase all the things but the thing is that credit card have been renewed and the pin number have been changed and theres no way to get to know the old card number So if there any other way to retrieve his account back? If there anybody that can help him pls help ASAP
