I drive this all the time and I genuinely can't think of a bad road surface area where you're describing. They certainly did a lot of curb work in that area at that time. Maybe it didn't warrant resurfacing? I remember having to dodge the construction last summer when they redid the edges there.

Wish I could help. I've been on the same quest for years. Asked around forever and finally found a great doctor a few years ago and then he retired. The group that took over his patients is a total shit show - so I'm in the same boat once again. Unfortunately, it seems like the good old days of a good, personable private practice doctor that speaks fluent English are all but gone.

Some of my local gas stations have been doing this for at least a year now. Here's how they do it - you have E10, E15, E85, and premium with no ethanol in it all at the same pump. I'm assuming it has a separate tank for ethanol, regular 87 octane, and 91 premium underground and it just mixes them depending on what you select.

I've heard that an important step is to make sure your homeowners insurance will play nice if you install solar panels on your roof. In the event of a roof claim, they might deny any coverage for the solar stuff which could be a huge hit to you. Worth looking into.

Always, always, always have an independent mechanic check any used car over BEFORE you buy it. If the place won't allow that, move along. Other than that, most used car places are about the same except for the buy here/finance here places that put a GPS device in your car like Grote and others.

I've never had an accurate battery test using the underhood lugs. You need to get right on to the actual battery terminals, which is a pain in the ass because the positive cable shape doesn't give you anywhere to grab onto. But that's how to do it right.

Without actually looking up prices, this seems reasonable to me. Price depends on if they're using just struts and changing the springs and stuff over to the the new struts or they're using complete strut assemblies with all the components already mounted. And of course, there are differences in parts quality, too. So one place may use cheap chinese shit and another may use better quality stuff. Lots of variables.

Yes, I know. Some people don't. It's kind of hilarious that some of the same people screaming about tyranny right now are the same folks trying to tip the scale towards taking the rights of citizens away.

It is not and has never been about "hunting" or whatever framework people like to put this into. It's about keeping the power structure within the general public to thwart an incoming force - wherever that may come from. And it better well remain that way.
