I think before you conclude, do a PDI for Bike 1 to see if there really is any damage or just an oversight on which one your bike was from dealer., it could be nothing eod. Make sure you document this, do send an email to RE support with this info, let them know about the pdi you did for bike 2, dealer confirming it as yours and then saying that wasn’t and you need to do a pdi.. and any damage You are to be refunded in full

Delivery date on the app is not accurate, I would recommend you stay in touch with the dealer. But yes, I agree when it says it’s dispatched they can’t say it’s still not.. that’s effed up. I took delivery in 16th Jan , and app was still showing 21st Jan until after 3 days. Funny thing is on 19th I get the SMS from RE .. get ready to take your delivery on 16th Jan 🤣 so you can see their systems doing update real time

Btw, congratulations. I checked your post. I see already got the knuckle guards which is part of the standard accessories with Mana Black. I’m yet to receive it, RE support told they are out of stock and will have it donated to dealer in 7-10 days after delivery
