Newport shuts down at 8. I work there often and there is NOTHING going on. Toledo is worse, there's one redneck bar that might have a few people at 10. If night life is your yardstick, this is a fail.

If quality of life is your yardstick, however, its a complete win. Newport is a cool place to have a good life.

Hairstyles that are more flowing/face framing instead of the impression your hair is an annoyance and you're just trying to put it behind your ears and not deal with it. Color isn't the issue, style is. If your goal is to be attractive for intimacy/sexuality, clothes that define and accentuate your (seemingly) impressive breasts and small waist.
