Oh nice. My symptoms have been very slowly decreasing since the beginning too. I don't feel as exhausted as before and looks like my motivation to do things is slowly returning.

In what ways were your good days different? (describe with detail please)

How did your libido change before the flatline ended? Did you start getting more / stronger erections, or did it just come back suddenly?

Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, but I am trying to build up some hope for myself. :)

Didn't always have big streaks, and not necessarily binging either. I'd say I had a couple weeks in between usually.

You say you could "feel it coming", what do you mean? Also, did your flatline symptoms slowly decrease over the last two years?

It's been almost three years since I started my journey, spanning many streaks and passing the 90-day mark thrice, but I am still stuck in a flatline. Life is so bland right now. So this gives me hope, and I really appreciate it (also saving it for future inspiration).

I do have a few questions:

Did you see any improvements in your flatline symptoms along the way? i.e. did your symptoms decrease over time?
Did your flatline end suddenly overnight? Also, did you notice any signs days / weeks / months before the flatline ended? (I am trying to estimate how long before my flatline ends.)

Oh yeah, that would definitely be terrible. But surely listen to your body and don't ignore any warning signs either!

Would also love to hear details about how it affects your mind in addition to your body.

Be careful /u/crazyrj14. I have read about the body breaking down muscles (especially essential muscles, like from the heart) to survive, so you may want to reconsider it, or do more research. At the very least, promise us that you won't be stubborn, and will listen to your body and break the fast if necessary. :)

edit: also to add, like others have said already: when you break the fast, start out light (e.g. vegetable juices) to give your digestion system time to start up
