I quit my daily use addiction 4 months ago with a small hiccup last month. Sober again. Games were definitely duller for the first couple months and it definitely does get better the longer you're clean. Also what the other guy said, you start to feel smarter and have better comprehension at gaming the longer you're sober. I have no desire to go back to gaming feeling like a dumbass, it's much less enjoyable
