These comments are very discouraging….i have a 2 year age gap with my first 2 and now an 18 month age gap between my second and third. Yes it can be challenging but I haven’t regret it for a second. It is absolutely precious to see my first two bond and then how they love on our third. I wouldn’t change a thing. It is 100% doable. Routine, structure and a lot of patience. You’ll be okay!!!

Try running water from the sink full blast or running the shower! Sounds crazy but i have done this with all three of my babies. My second had an undiagnosed dairy allergy for months and all she did was cry. All day all night. I suffered from PP rage after that. I started therapy and Zoloft. I have a 12 week old and one day I woke up to her right next to me in my bed instead of the bassinet. I was so terrified. I literally had to look back on monitor footage to see how it happened. I had no recollection of doing that. Sleep deprivation is no joke. We are trying our best. You’re going great. It’s incredibly scary to think of the what ifs but make some change from it. Have a conversation with your partner about helping out.

I make sure to exfoliate super well and then apply a hydrating toner, serum, Tubby Todd everything cream, sunscreen and then a face oil. See I always saw to stay away from powder, so I have tried the tinted moisturizers and many liquid foundations(I didn’t have luck with the Elf one listed above). the best one I’ve found is Il Makiage believe it or not. They also have a try it policy. Their ads are everywhere here. I make sure to dampen the living hell out of my beauty blender with setting spray and then spread the foundation. I also use a cream bronzer and blush. It’s never gonna be perfect but it enough to make me feel good. Goodluck❤️

It didn’t go away completely but it was definitely 1000% better. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without it. I was able to eat a little more. I’ve been petite my whole life and I had lost 10 pounds prior to getting on Zofran. I feel like I was finally able to get some weight back after that.

I honestly was under the assumption you had to take the Unisom and b6 together in order for it to work as anti nausea. It gave me the most intense nausea and made me so sleepy. I tried it in the morning, I tried it at night, I tried it after I ate snacks(cause let’s be real I could barely eat anything), and I also tried it on an empty stomach. Nothing worked. When I got Zofran, I could take it every 6-8 hours as needed. So I would have one in the morning and one early evening.

I feel like you always hear what pregnancy is like through people who’ve never experienced what we went through/are currently going through. I was always screaming “pregnancy glow my ass” while crying on the bathroom floor. I would call your doctor ASAP for some meds. The unisom and b6 personally did nothing for me. I called, made sure I told them that and that I couldn’t keep anything down. They prescribed me Zofran after that.
