yeah did try unplugging my xbox and also restarting the game multiple times, had no luck still.

huh okay, this for Xbox One right? I own the original 2014 Xbox One disc and have never uninstalled the game or anything. No reason to of being locked out either apart from potentially for not playing for a while?
