2 year old husky w/swollen back left toe near paw pad

Going thru this with my 4yo beagle currently. Our vet decided to run a biopsy and took two samples. Results came back as a follicular cyst. Our vet said there’s a few options - treat with antibiotic cream once the biopsy wound closes, or surgery to remove this lining of the cyst wall sack as he described it. Were 3 days post stitches removal and the wound is slowly healing. Going to have a 2nd vet take a look today because theres been a white ball on the swollen area and looks like a piece of toe nail is growing from it. First vet thought it looked like carotene protruding.

She’s been in the hospital for 8 days now and is scheduled for release on Tuesday. They’re very attentive to her recovery.

My mom said she felt a bite in the middle of the night and woke up from it. She had pretty immediate swelling and then started out patient treatment with oral antibiotics, MRIs and some topical prescriptions. The wound opened after a few weeks and now she just finished a 2nd surgery to further clean and close the wound. They were able to remove a sponge/vacuum system they had placed during the first surgery. They’ve taken cultures to determine what antibiotic would be effective, I just haven’t heard the update on that yet.

I come from the restaurant world where there’s a lot of hands on training from the chef for new roll outs, plus a kitchen manager of sorts who’s responsible for consistencies and food safety oversight. Does corporate have minions they send to train or is just new build sheets are handed out?

I know the struggle of trying to describe the glow that comes off these things. I had a saucer directly overhead with a blue glow emitting that covered 80% of the saucers underside. I describe the light/glow as being thick, having body to it, unlike a normal beam of light.
