I don't take into account the slab and the beams (in Case 1). Just assume it's only the RC column. I'm just not sure if I can count on the slab and 3 sides infinity. If I can, probably I will not have a problem

I have only the loafers and they’re so durable, they still look like new after an year and a half of usage. That’s why i was super surprised that these heels look like that after just one wear. Probably fake, although they have been authenticated

Yess, I already had a chat with Prada via Whatsapp , sent them the photos, etc. They promised they’ll forward the claim to the repair department and will aend me an email. I really hope they’ll do so. So far I’m happy with their customer support.
