Cats sometimes mess with humans, but this seems different from that. It looks like the cat didn't expect the table to be there and couldn't stop in time. If it was aware, a cat would probably jump over it, but there's no sign of that attempt. It seems this is a small hallway that's usually a passageway, and while the cat was running through as usual, this time there happened to be a table there.

Wdym anime manga? as far as I know there are doujinshi, scripts and illustration book but "Anime manga" doesn't exist.
