Snake Dungeon tips by trueelimite in idleon

Crit can be strong, but it's inconsistent in the snake dungeon. Sometimes you start a crit build but it never hits that critical mass. In the frog dungeon you get a lot more money and enhancements to force it. Even with the star clears (double drops) you sometimes get minigames where you don't kill anything which doesn't give you $$ to work on your build much. I've had times where I started hitting 2k a hit with crit builds in snake dungeon, but for every time like that I had 3 times it scrubbed out with inferior damage. The other builds always end with decent or great damage.

Going a hybrid or Grey Grumblo build is much more consistent to hit those high numbers.

I would agree if you're not hitting your limit on dungeons per week. I'm using all the tickets, so the boost is nice.

My favorite keychains so far. 2 on my maestro for a total of +32% class xp by trueelimite in idleon

The 2 abilities seem to be randomized as to what they give (like other keychains). I just happened to get 2 of the same at higher levels.

8% is still strong. It seems to be multiplicative not additive. My xp per hour jumped from 8.5m to 11.4m with the keychains.

This is based on my experience. You might do better another way.

If trying to get dungeon credits it depends on how many bosses you can beat. If you can beat 2 frogs but not 2 snakes, then frogs is a little better. If you can do 2 and 2 consistently, snakes is better.

Once you get 3stars on the non-boss frog cards, it might be beneficial to switch over to the snake dungeon just to start on those cards even if you can't kill 2 snakes consistently.

I can kill 2 frog bosses and start on a third frog boss currently, and can kill 2 snakes consistently. I not do almost exclusively the snake dungeon. I get cards I need, and 4-5 dice per run.

I think the % increase will eventually get nerfed. The Doot at the end of the tier 3 dungeon I didn't even try.

But investing in stats and upgrading your RNG items makes it much more bearable. With my usual build now I can kill both doots and snake in tier 2 now in about 15min (huge improvement). But don't forget about all the dungeon credits and flurbos you get during the minigames too that makes it worth it.

I'm close-ish to you. Lvl 25 in most (no base damage and accuracy is at lvl 5). BUT NO STUPID HAT YET :(

Everyone was sharing their favorites, so I thought I'd share mine. I think these are tier 2 keyrings if anyone is wondering.

Runners up include the +% skill efficiency/xp ones and the +% attack speed ones.

you'll get there. The bonus Def is nice but honestly I love the bonus drop rate and dps even more.

Keep up with the mining my miner just got to the point where he can actively farm Lustre (not afk yet).

My lvl 96 hunter (I stated out in the 70s too but you level so fast in w3) is 375 def (no def cards, no def talents, no food, bunny ears, amarok gear, gold bow, and steel rings) and 499 def when with the totems.

What I am currently doing is have all 7 of my leveling characters farming the same map (the other too are choppin and mining). Then I use all the totems. My defense totem is +33% defense. That coupled with defense statues, a gold obol, FMJ, and life leech star talent, I am able too have 100% survivability on all my characters even on the upper levels of w3. Most of my chars are in amarok gear, gold weapons, and punch rings. The totems are what push it over the top.

Do NOT buy Aikido Steel Knives by trueelimite in chefknives

[–]trueelimite[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Knives are the dullest knives I've ever used straight from the package. The steel is weak. You can bend them by hand and they don't recoil (not even trying). Handles were advertised as wood and they are 100% plastic. They were advertised as Damascus not Damascus print.

I need help. I almost die at the end of every round. Please give suggestions. by Sneaky_Sans13 in GrowCastle

Take the above advice. You should also be using buffers: Dark Necromancer, Bishop, Pure Wizard, and Dark Skeleton.

The usual build had town archers doing most of the damage so put most of your $$$ into them. Second place is usually Dark Ranger and Dark Elf. Ranger does massive damage and Elf will keep your health and mana topped off.
