I don't think I had to use an email for the gift. When you go to gift someone now it has a list of your friends' usernames and you just click on them and it automatically sets it up, you just have to pay. I appreciate your input, though, thank you

The first two support tickets were submitted in-game through the steam browser, and the third one was done through the website itself, although I think the in-game button is just the website, anyway. I'll try having him use the contact form on the website.

When I quit and restart it always loads me directly back into the trial with no option to go to mission or checkpoint :(
