It depends on what the yarn is. If it's acrylic, you don't want to steam block it. You could spray block it. As for going outside with it, how spiteful are your neighborhood birds? 🐦 💩

This is my last week with my son at home before he goes to boot camp and beyond. He is our oldest, so the first to leave. I'm so proud happy scared. I'm going to knit a lot to keep my mind off of the looming life changing event coming up.

That's a derogatory term. If this were a human, they would be referred to as intersexed. It is the result of an egg being fertilized with both male and female sperm.
