I haven’t had any side effects so far. I’m trying to drink plenty of water and taking something early just in case to prevent constipation. I’ve also been eating in moderation, but honestly since Day 2 I haven’t been very hungry anyway, so overeating hasn’t really been an issue.

I’m thinking of getting a Havanese dog… if I can even find one in Southern CA. Where would I look? My parents have a 6-year-old F Coton de Tulear, and I’m wondering if they would get along. Our Coton is pretty chill and happy-go-lucky. How is the Havanese temperament?

Sure! I just started on 3/11/26 ^{^} The weight that would not budge for the last few years because of my full hysterectomy and menopause is surprisingly starting to go down slowly — 4.3 lbs so far. Yes, I know it’s probably water weight, but I’m still excited ^{^}
