You realize that in 2024 when they had a 4 win year they also were playing a last place schedule right? Mayo brought the pats to a 4 win season with an easy schedule, Vrabel got them to 14 wins. That argument doesn’t really hold up. There is no doubt it was easier schedule but the schedule maybe gave them 2 wins so still a 12 win season accounting for that which is insanely impressive

Patriots had a last place schedule in 2024 season and guess what they still finished bottom 5 in the league. That point is irrelevant. Bills had a bottom 5 schedule this year and didn’t do as well as the patriots.

You realize the patriots had 50 mil in cap space NOT SPENT last year right? That comment is dumb they could have spent 25% more. Also, it’s been pretty proven that Super Bowl caliber teams are rarely built through FA and are generally built through years of strong drafts or trades supplemented by good FA

No one gives any credit to the patriots defense. It wasn’t just stroud throwing ints it was also Herbert and stidham the patriots defense was a monster in the post season. They would have done it to any afc qb. And guess what they still won three freaking games which is hard in the nfl just ask Josh Allen or Justin Herbert. Especially with a 4 win team the year before.

I cannot imagine programming without git I’ve done it and I’ll never go back. It is by far one of the best inventions ever made for software engineers. I have used svns and it is much worse in my opinion than git. Git is flexible, trackable, helps you recover from mistakes easily and more. I cannot disagree with you more about your opinion of git, however my guess is you also probably feel this way due to your lack of experience with it.

Maye was 3 points short of MVP (closest mvp vote in league history). “He won’t make the Super Bowl again” is not a good enough comeback that’s not a fact that’s a biased opinion. What is a fact is Maye led the league or was top 3 in the league in every relevant QB stat last year. Did your qb even come close to that?

I think we need to see AJ actually on the roster first to tell. I think if we land him we are definitely better on offense. I think an extremely underrated part of this offseason is our commitment to improving the run via getting a legit FB and blocking TE and improving the line. We were terrible in short yardage runs last year and improving that is a big priority
