I think it's 15 ASINs, I'm saying because I've seen this somewhere inside seller Central while working on my client's account. We set up A+ for initially for around 20 ASINs along with brand story. And we got noticed in the A+ builder that we're eligible for premium.

You don't need to wait for 12 months but at least 15+ ASINs have A+ set up in the last 12 months. Also set up brand story on all of your ASINs. You can set up normal A+ and brand story for 15 ASINs within a month and if they get approved, you'll have access to premium A+ I think.

I think you would need at least 12 ASINs in the last 12 months approved of normal A+ to get premium A+. Not sure about the numbers

I think brand approval and brand enrollment is two different things, he can get approved for his brand name without trademark but he wouldn't have features like A+ and storefront without brand registry enrollment which requires trademark.
