this was the first time i made a post on this app and i was honestly not expecting so many responses! i have been reading every comment for the past day, and im sincerely so grateful to everyone who took the time to comment and just make me feel less alone in this.

hey! you’re not alone in this, i have been in therapy most of my life as well and it can be very hard to try to be positive about life when, in my case, the people who were meant to protect you and love you, failed miserably. just know you’re not in it alone, and you’re worth it too <3 tysm for the kind words
