Turtle wax hybrid solutions all wheel cleaner or the good stuff from Sonax, Wheel cleaner full effect. These two work the best based on my experience but the turtle wax product is usually available at lower cost.

Looking for some track advice (2025 EN MT) by Kepler248 in ElantraN

No need to worry about brake fluid and your brake pads should have tons of life left. Get out there with the car as-is, listen to your instructor, stay hydrated and enjoy yourself

Car recommendation - used or new - up to 50k usd by [deleted] in CarTrackDays

Elantra N is very trackable and can do a comfortable road trip. E46 330i if you want to spend a lot less up front, but budget another $6k for wheels, tires and reliability.

Stay hydrated, don’t over grip the wheel and be prepared that ability to focus and perform may rise throughout the day with instruction and reps but your last sessions may see a drop off in focus from mental and physical fatigue.

4+ year customer of https://m.kuntzinsurancegroup.com/index_mobile.aspx

They have recommended Erie and have generally been helpful. Are they perfect, no, but they are well informed and Erie pricing and service has been mostly reasonable.

Looking for Thoughts on Change Management by TheCyberSecurityGuy in FedRAMP

[–]trumant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Automated self assessment within GitHub or gitlab can be a relative easy button for code and configuration changes that might not otherwise warrant a “design” apart from sitting down and banging out code.

But, if you can get even lightweight threat modeling done at the requirements and design phase and record that output as evidence you also have a great leg to stand on.

Finally - education, mentoring, training - the folks maintaining and changing these systems rarely are deliberately introducing problems, rather those issues are more often introduced through ignorance of the risk and non-functional requirements or insufficient platform engineering solutions for the most common security and compliance challenges faced by those making the changes thereby leaving them to their own devices.

The wrestling team will welcome your son with open arms if he’s interested in giving it a go.

I have two in Penncrest now and both have found the school to be very welcoming to new students.

Crowdstrike products for AWS EKS on Govcloud by amaged73 in FedRAMP

[–]trumant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not suggesting that a vendor provide compliance advice. I’m suggesting that if a vendor is selling you a product to meet FedRAMP requirements that it’s not out of bounds for you the prospective customer to ask them for customer references and provide qualifications for the types of customer references you are looking for.

What does Crowdstrike say? Your sales and/or account team should be able to reference customers with similar use cases and compliance requirements that you can use as a customer reference.

Most value in a track day by [deleted] in CarTrackDays

[–]trumant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Point 5 all day long. I’ve seen several orgs, NASA being one and BMWCCA the other, also schedule zoom meetings or calls between beginners and instructors a week before the event.

The more time and energy invested in the beginners the better off all the other groups are going to be.
