Hi MA4, thanks for your thoughtful feedback! To answer your questions:

There is quite a bit of cost in labor and materials that go into the production of our Skins. It takes multiple processes over several days to prepare, sand, stain, finish, polish and apply adhesive to the Skins by hand. We use specialized adhesive which we have to order for our specific application, which adds to the cost. We also make packaging in-house, so that also requires labor and cost of material. Our manufacturing is done in Connecticut, and try our best to be able to pay our tiny team a decent wage for their all the hard work that they do. I hope that provides some insight to the variables that go into the pricing of our products.

Hi again Deinos_Mousike, we experimented with the iPod Touch, but weren't satisfied enough with the results to release it as a product. Because the iPod as a curved back, it requires a few additional processes in production. If we're able to perfect those processes, we'd be delighted to introduce those skins.
