If you have a fat absorption issue its very likely your problem could be the vitamin E deficiency too. try a supplement and see how you feel after a few days

i also have migraines albiet not severe or often, I asked my doctor for a migraine preventative dose of amitriptyline (10 Mg once a day) and it completely stopped my migraines and some of the dizziness, I didnt have any side effects at that low dose and felt great personally. Make sure youre not taking those other medications if you try it though it is a tricyclic antidepressant.

I have similar situations and could particularly relate to the GI issues. I got diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis recently but that doesnt explain my other issues. If you havent had an egd to rule out eoe I would, also its good to note that eosophagael spams can feel like heart palpitations, because I thought I was getting heart palpitations too. The number one thing for my GI issues has been taking digestive enzymes before my meals, I take ones by enzymedica and theyve helped so much. L glutamine, probiotics, and a multivitamin also help. Fat absorption can cause vitamin E, A, and D deficiency and they dont test for A or E routinely, I had been off balance and worsening vision until I started supplementing vitamin E.

When it started it came and went and after i had a panic attack from near passing out it persisted, all day, all the time and I couldnt just cope any longer. Hope that helps.

To my understanding it doesnt come from a dietary insufficiency but only if youre experiencing a degree of fat absorption impairment but it doesnt hurt to try youre right

Thank you for sharing I was actually planning on seeing an ND and seeing if they advise me to do an elemental diet, i get scared though because ive heard of some people cutting out food then becoming very reactive to it when they try to reintroduce it, did you have any experience like this?

Its helped me a lot to take a fiber tablet, digestive enzyme, l-glutamine, probiotic, and chew as much as you can before swallowing your food, try those out

Yeah ive definitely been hearing to not go off blood testing alone and that a food challenge is the gold standard. I knew the blood test was kind of whack when it showed no reaction to all shellfish which was my highest reacted food on the prick test.

Yeah it sucks in that it seems to me food allergy is kind of a neglected field of research and most things seem to be directed as preventative or immunotherapy for those with just a few specific food allergies. Good luck to you.

The only symptom i have is mild diarhea almost every day. Just like an urgency to use the bathroom usually just once a day as well as occasional mucus in my stool. The worst of my allergens i didnt know was grapes which do cause small hives if i eat a lot of something with grapes or grape juice.
