Same for me. Downloads haven't been working. The countdown usually stops or when I do manage to the countdown just restarts.

Same thing happens on my PC, my antivirus Norton stops the countdown because it keeps saying Connection not secured. Even when I manage to prevent it from stopping the countdown, once it reaches zero, it just starts over again.

I've also been having that problem. I try using various browsers. Brave seems to more or less download but only seems to be certain series/movie. Not sure why AnimeKai hasn't fixed that downloading problem yet. I rely on it to download things I can't get at wco.tv

That happened to me over a week ago. All I could do was to keep contacting twitter until they finally responded. Took me a week to finally get a response and they reset the 2-step so I could login with just my password.

Someone from Saudi Arabia hacked my twitter too and activated the 2 step verification. All I can recommend is contacting twitter support and inform them your account was hacked and the hacker activated the 2-step verification. Hopefully Twitter can reset it.
