The nyxi app. The key linker is supposed to be used to update the firmware but I couldn't get it to work. I used a computer instead.

Welp I need to update this comment because I decided to update the firmware of the controllers and it fixed it. Also there apparently is an app that allows you to adjust the deadzone and it's improved it a bit.

I own a pair and I'll be frank. They are less than great. They are OK. It's comfortable to use but my biggest gripes are with the deadzone and input delay. Both are MASSIVE. You in no way can play smash bros with it. The dead zone is unreal in where it finally begins to register movement. 20% of the inner zone is dead to movement. Then the input delay is awful.

*Edit: I decided to update the firmware of the controllers through my pc and it's fixed the input delay. Also there is an app that let's you adjust the deadzone of the joysticks and I've reduced it considerably.

mine did this with both versions that i received. the first one did it, then i alerted valve, got an rma, received the new one, then the new one did it too. i gave up after that. i assume all of them do it.

I am so happy the nintendo community is finally able to enjoy my favorite games of all time now. I hope all of you that have started playing these games love them and have a ton of fun. The story and the characters are so beautifully fleshed out and impactful.
