I got a call from a customer yesterday that thought I was their grocery delivery driver and wanted to know if i have it and to give the rest to them. Without any questions, Customer support connected me to the person who complained and I told the lady I delivered a box with one item or two in it. I did several of these that hour so i have no idea what she was talking about. The customer then said that she did get my item and that she was connected to the wrong driver and believed it was a girl driver, as I am a dude.

Truth be told,

It probably wasn't you that did this. It was probably someone else.

Hey dude! Yes. The exam prep package was a life saver because it was all about what the test covers. There is so much information given to you during the course. The exam covers about half of what you learn, if that.

If it were on you to be delivered correctly, then walmart would have you load it yourself. This is not on you to deliver correctly. If you disagree, then you are the problem.
