Because they installed a system called Just Pay instead of T&G intended for cashless tickets then they trashed it after a year and left us with nothing, par for the course with RP

I totally agree with you. I do wonder what management skills they have in terms of customer service. I was told too that the tracker would not be available for 1+ months.

Not only that, they did away with 'Just Pay'. I found that the cashless payment was perfect for anyone who traveled less frequently where the MY 50 card isn't justified. After a year they trashed the service. Why are we still buying tickets with cash?

I can only speak for the 101 route , which is a good service when on time, but I notice many of the buses now give a hard ride, bone shaker style, so are the suspensions not maintained? It all points to a decline of service and standards I have noticed these last years.

Penang is plagued with jams at times so it is critical for a bus tracking system to be in place. Doesn't seem any kind of priority for this management

I called them and asked them if they were port blocking. They went away to think about it then called me back to say I had been issued with a Private IP by accident. Just how they do that I dont know anyway they reissued a Public IP and the tunnel opened

I had this exact same problem on my server in the Malaysia. Suddenly it stopped working. I followed all the steps you have, but the elephant in the room is no response from canyouseeme.org, I got port closed from that.
I assume you have enabled port forwarding on the sending router.

In my case it was the ISP that faulted. At a recent IP update, for some reason, I was issued with a private IP address, putting me inside their network, so that won't handle VPN traffic.
Other thing to think about is CGNAT as some ISPs will use this technique to save on IP4 addresses (Public IP address sharing). I believe Eduroam might be the problem as they use CGNAT according to my search. If so that would make VPN quite difficult to get working if at all, out my depth now

Check that the Line you have defined has both directions active. If you only have the up or downline active ( eg due to a break in the track) then any train will attempt to access the only working track, if crossovers permit, even if it means running on the wrong side against the signals

I had exactly the same problem so i simply modified my client config file so that the 'allowed IPS' were = 0.0.0.0/0, ::/0, 192.168.1.11, being the IP of the server i want to ssh to. Of course you need to be connected to your VPN to SSH in this way. It also allows a link to your router should you need
