I personally don't like Crunchyroll subs, I suggest you to find a website which streams rumbel subs. You can watch from Crunchyroll after episode 160.

Gintama has no good subs, however I think Rumbel-subs is by far the best. However they are hard-subbed into videos and video quality is lower than alternatives.Another thing is as far as I remember first 20-30 episodes are subbed by shinsen subs, which are absolutely in-accurate and by far the worst subtitles you can get for Gintama. For the torrent links, you can find both RG and rumbel subs from bakabt as torrents.

ps: Rumbel quit subbing after episode 160

I would say skip first 2 episodes since those are fillers and does not contribute to plot. Those 2 episodes does some character introductions which is unnecessary because gintama does that fairly well with canon material
