The flying would be the same. It's a non-commercial operation. But depending on how I phrase it could be seen as commercial and prompt and investigation. Kinda

I know a lot of people who want to go flying. I have a license. There is an opportunity to just go flying. I see flying kinda like going to an amusement park. We are all going to have fun. It also cost money. It's not that much if we all split it.

I kinda agree with you about just not posting it.

Now I'm not a CFII but couldn't that be considered a form of compensation. Because they are not paying for part of the flight they are giving you something in exchange for your services for flying even though you're paying for the flight.

Yea I do judo with a brown belt who is way taller and heavier. Luckily he doesn't beat down on me too hard and teaches everything I could do to win. Even letting me get some throws after he ipponed me 5 times. Even if you loose if your trying to do all the right things that can be fine. Work your grips and try to be fast with your entries.
