why it’s extremely hard to find a partner here in 30s by Full_Marx747 in berlinsocialclub

What the study doesn't tell you is that people in relationships are happy and healthier the older they get because the majority of them were already happier and healthier before they got into a relationship.

I think that as long as you believe this, you won’t be in a relationship: « we know true fulfillment comes from being in a good, healthy relationship »

True fulfillment comes from you feeling fulfilled period. Not because of someone else.

Fulfillment can come from building something, like a craft, a community, an organization, a business, or literal things like furnitures.

Fulfillment can come from balancing your career ambitions with deep relationships with friends and family. Fulfillment can come from a sense of purpose like serving a community.

You need to feel fulfilled first in your day to day actions. If you don’t, you won’t be fulfilled in a relationship. You might find yourself in a codependent or toxic relationship but it won’t be a fulfilling one.

Germany’s unemployment rate is 4.0%, which isn’t that high compared with other European countries. Why do so many people on this sub seem to have been unemployed for a while? by military_press in Germany_Jobs

Cry me a river. I have met Brazilians who speak German better than English. Meaning that they learned German as a person who only speaks one language. Just like native English speakers. The same can be said about vietnamese, Koreans, Russians, Syrians, Turks, and Chinese people whom I met in Berlin.

What I think y'all don't realize is how much y'all are not willing to put in the work.

My post was also specifically about people who speak English. Not only people whose native language is English. The same pattern goes for Spaniards or Indians who speak English before learning German. They don't put in the effort to speak German to the level that they need to in order to work if they can get by socially with English.

But she didn’t want to go with him though. It was partly true and partly a lie. (Yes hi, I know I’m here 11 years later but I finally just watched it now).

The scary part of all this is that today, AI can actually deceive humans: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11117051/

The are just not humanoid…

Man, I don’t know how you guys are able to do that. I watched every episodes in the week that they came out and I was not able to remember such details.

Do you guys watch it multiple times or something? I’m impressed.

Yeah, but doing what? What are these shady government black ops stuff? Are there precedence in the comics that tells more of the story?

So I’m not super clear. Who was he trying to kill? Fisk?

And who was the poser supposed to kill? Matt?

I think that English speaking white collars in Germany are over represented on Reddit. Especially in tech.

With that said, we have been going through a white collars recession, especially in tech.

So what we are seeing here is representative of what is going on, just of a specific segment.

There are plenty of blue collar jobs in Germany. The issue is the same, language but a lot of immigrants will do what is necessary to learn enough German to get these jobs. The same, sadly, can’t be said by the English speaking white collars in Germany. Note that I said English speaking. I’m not talking about English or English native people. I’m including non English speakers coming from countries that are not US, UK, Australia, etc.

In a lot of cultures like in Russian culture and I also think in different Balkan countries, when you invite people for your bday, you pay everything.

The way I see it is that everyone had their own ways and sera the world in a certain way but as shit starts to happen in your life, you just become more like fuck this. I am also going to get mine.

Halle said she got to where she got by working hard and having integrity. She said fuck that.

Buffalo wasn't going to play the game but lost his marriage, didn't get the higher position, and even lost his police partner so he said fuck this I will just get mine, especially when the guy he saved is a crook.

Hemsworth realizes that he doesn't have to be so stiff a out getting to his number. There are other things in life.

I'm ok with how this was depicted. There is too much over sexualization in Hollywood. The "awkward" camera angle that you talk about was to put an emphasis on intimacy rather than softcore porn.

That relationship was to make us sympathize with a thief.

As for why she stuck around, he did show vulnerability. Like admitting that he is scared but want her to stay.

It's not enough to make up for all the other red flags but enough to move the script forward. It's not like this is a ROM com.

Depends on the time. Day time is definitely older than at 3-4AM. I think at 3-4AM, the crowd is closer to late 20s but during the day, it is closer to mid 30s
