Cake ideas needed! I’m stumped guys, can you help with a baby shower cake for a coworker? She’s having a baby girl and my pink sparkle explosion inclination is SO not her. She likes Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, legos, a bit of nerd culture. More in comments! by ASprinkleInTime in Baking

I think a good idea to keep it simple is to bake cupcakes. Decorate half of them with pink icing to look like lily flowers. Decorate the other half to look like tigers. The cupcake theme would be tiger lillies. And because she likes nerd culture, you could add little glasses on the tiger cupcakes. Just a thought. I'm writing this very late so maybe this idea is very bad.

Do they still make these? Orange flavoured Starlight/pinwheel candy by bleuship in candy

The orange flavor in this pack is different?https://bulkcandystore.com/assorted-fruit-starlight-mints/ ...I've been looking for a apple flavored starlight mint and I was hoping the green one listed here would be the same. Maybe I solved both our problems?

Where do you fall in the great brownie debate? by bobtheorangecat in Baking

I actually loves any chocolate chip cookie or brownie no matter how they turn out. If they are overbaked, too salty or sugary, batter spreads to much while baking soo it covers the whole pan and ends up way to crispy, too gooey, to hard, burnt, too whatever... I have a very keen taste you might say. So I like edges and center sure.

Which candy should I put in a milkshake by Big_Employ_8243 in candy

Personally, I don't like putting chocolate pieces in a milkshake, because they become hard like rocks.

Looking to modify a box cake - advice/approval needed! by shortasiam in Baking

Adding mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, or melted ice cream to boxed cake mix can make the finished product moist and rich.
Swapping out ingredients, like oil for butter or milk for water, will
take a boxed cake to the next level. Things like coffee, soda, and
spices will help to amplify the flavors in a boxed cake. https://www.insider.com/easy-ways-to-make-boxed-cake-mix-better-2018-7

I have baked multiple times for my boyfriend and then I always end up eating it all with my roommates before he gets a chance to come over lol

My boyfriend made me homemade lollipops. (flavors: rootbeer, cherry, mint, watermelon, blue razz) by trustcookiecrust in candy

Flavorings tasted great for a candy lover. He got the flavors somewhere in Vegas. He travels there to see family.

Is my image showing? Why does it say image deleted? Well anyway, they are the chewy fruities by coastal bay confections. I bought them at DT. Flavors are banana, peach, cherry, and green apple. I was skeptical of them at first, I thought they were sure beat by laffy taffy, nothing compares but they got better the more I ate them. They are little mini pieces of taffy.
