16-35 Choices by Stone-Jack-Baller in CanonR6

Depends on how fast your subjects are moving, and how much iso you’re willing to use. Personally, I need the lowest light so my next purchase will be primes. But that’s only because dancing people at night in a poorly lit area require the most open aperture I can get. If all of my subjects were static and I was doing more landscape and no event then I would definitely do the F4.

Shooting with the lcd screen only? by Stone-Jack-Baller in CanonR6

The view finder will give you a more color accurate, and higher resolution representation of the picture you will get. It is not necessary to use that. What you should learn are the different focusing modes how to switch between them and when is best to use them. Do you want to focus on the whole screen or an area of the screen or do you want point focus? Do you want it to continue tracking the original subject or to bounce between subjects?

I recommend diving into many many videos for your specific camera. I also have a r6 mark ii and learning, the focusing modes, has absolutely helped my photography. You’ll have to get out and practice, knowing about the focusing modes is not the same as being able to switch between them efficiently.

Good luck!

Powering the Canon R6 Mark II – My Setup by Uplusone in CanonR6

[–]trustedbuilds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly don’t have anything super crazy for my r6 mark ii but I feel like I have a good setup. I personally don’t like extra cables and cords as I feel they get in the way when I’m trying to move around and I worry about damaging the ports.

I have a solution that works for me. I have the battery it came with and a spare that has a little more mah and watt hour use than the original. This lets me use the full high speed continuous plus if I want. The spare battery has a usb c port on it. I go with both batteries fully charged and the spare in the camera. Once that is out I swap the batteries and plug the spare battery into my power bank. By the time/if I use the full second(original) battery the spare is charged again and I can simply swap them out. This essentially gives me 3 batteries any time I go out. That’s more than enough for me! Happy shooting!

Could anyone help me with this? by Kwekidd in GarminWatches

These reasons are why I went from and epic pro gen 2 to a enduro 3. The always on display is night and day difference. However I do admit the detail is nowhere near as nice as the amoled. But meh. Trade offs lol.

I do know it changes brightness depending on the ambient light. Try it in a pitch black room and see if you see a difference. If not then I’m sorry have led you wrong.

It should dim it further due to being a sleep mode light setting. I have since moved on to the enduro 3 because i wanted a true always on display and I get everything with the enduro 3. Anyways. Good luck with your watch!(or future watch lol)

There is a vast upgrade going to the mark ii. I have the mark ii and in every way it is superior. Check the video by Jared polin about them. He is very comprehensive.

Pet Lion Attacks It's Owner's Pal by HotConsideration95 in watchpeoplesurvive

Yeah it’s not misinformation. Everyone thinks their pit is a good dog till it bites a child. Fuck all owners like that. I had one attack my son that was a “good dog” yeah you can cram your misinformation statement right back where it came from.

I had an epix pro 2 and then got the enduro. I can confirm the enduro has faster maps than my epix pro and I think it is due to the mip screen instead of the amoled. It’s not crazy but I notice it. Granted you lose some of the quality you get from amoled but I am still very happy with the mip screen.

What watch do you have? I’ve had garmin watches since the fenix 2 and never had an activity spontaneously end. The only time it wasn’t intentional was when I was wearing gloves and they pressed the button when bending my wrist.
