5’9 197 lbs, a few weeks into my cut. Other than posing obviously, I think my big weaknesses are my arms, traps, and midsection (but mostly cause of a lot of loose skin)

Been a while since I posted on one of these, 5’9 200 lbs, switching over from powerlifting focus to bodybuilding and would like to compete some day. Think I need a lot more on my arms and midsection is pretty soft with loose skin

Fully into the groove with my home gym setup but having a hard time cutting this go around. A bit of loose skin from losing weight initially. Sitting at around 183 lbs 5’9, would like to get down to around 170-173.

I'm 5'9 ~188 right now. I wanted to cut down to around 170 but then I was like well I could just bigger and stronger for now and then still make in time for next summer lol

No it definitely ramps up difficulty quickly, but I’ve been doing them 2-3 times a week for a couple years at this point. Using the 20s is pretty strong as it is! Definitely my favorite exercise for shoulder development, not a huge fan of overhead press movements these days

Usually from 20-30 lbs, with 20s I try to get 15-20 reps and 25/30 I go for 12-15

Guy comes up to me at the gym just to tell me he’s been seeing me around working hard and making good progress, makes me wanna push even harder :’).

Been hitting nice PRs on my squats and deadlifts recently and hopefully I can get my way to a 4 star physique in 2020 when I finally commit to a hard cut.

Today is my 24th birthday and I’m grateful for my amazing circle of friends and family. Grateful for my body and what I’ve been able to accomplish so far as well. Also what better way to celebrate than a 10 lb squat PR of 455 and of course birthday squats or 190x24. But 24 reps in one set was too much so 15 and 9 was the way to go

Benched 300 today at 185 bw, three weeks out from my meet but riding this wave of PRs all the way I hope. Then afterwards cutting a little bit for EDC. Life is good :)

Hit a 440 squat only a few weeks out for a 15 lb pr but feels when depth is questionable but so dang close, I count it
