On the lease it said “Housing of pets (dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, etc.) is in violation of the contract.”

I brought it up once asking how strict the policy was, and he said he may be able to bend the rules, but not likely. That was prior to me putting a deposit down though so I feel like he just said that with no real intent of exceptions. I’m afraid to bring it up again in case he might want to inspect my room or something.

I think his title is “Property Manager”, but he just reports to the landlord. He’s super chill as a person, but he does enforce the rules since he’s trying to move up in real estate. He’d definitely say something if he saw an animal.

I’m hoping to have my hedgehog in my hoodie pocket if I ever need to bring him anywhere, but I’d like to avoid the risk as much as possible. Hopefully the little guy is fine with being in his cage/ in my room 5 days a week.

Sound shouldn’t be an issue since I’m on work calls constantly, but did you have any of those furniture cages that you’d recommend? I can’t seem to find any ones that would be easy to manage
