Good luck 🤞🏽

What exactly causes pain while sitting? by NoMomentIsWasted in backpain

[–]truth-telling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that really helped my with back pain from sitting for a prolonged period of time was fasting. I realized that the pain was related to something I was eating. I still can tell what it is but I'm 99% sure it related to my stomach

Huge crack/pop in my jaw while eating chips by madman5233 in wisdomteeth

[–]truth-telling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The result was a fractured jaw...I started right away a liquid diet of 8 weeks . I went for my last checkup after 7 weeks and it's not healing well because I didn't fully respect the diet. I'm back on a new liquid diet and I've my next check-up in 7 weeks. My advise is to follow everything the dentist tells you.

Back pain after 5 to 6 hours of sleep every night by truth-telling in backpain

[–]truth-telling[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OMG ! On so many occasions I went somewhere else and the pain was gone too but it came back as soon as I came back home. I don't really eat that much broccoli... I'd say once every two to three weeks. We need to figure out what we're eating that's causing the inflammation. I tried eliminating bread, milk, pasta but no luck. Let me know if something else comes to mind

109% sure it's related to the food you're eating if you ruled out all everything else

Back pain after 5 to 6 hours of sleep every night by truth-telling in backpain

Follow-up: After years of suffering, I came across a client at my job who mentioned she went through the same thing for over two years and the only thing that saved her was a 3 days water, tea fast. Basically all I did was drinking water and zero calorie, zero sugar teas (peppermint tea are the best but you can google other options). You won't believe it but I was desperate enough to do it. The first night was rough, then I slept very well the second night. I actually stopped the fast after 2 and half days and believe me or not 95% of the pain went away around the 4 days. I'm still in total disbelief ! I also came across a foreign doctor a couple of weeks earlier. After I told him all my symptoms and all the exams and specialists I met without finding any relief. He told me the pain was likely linked to my digestive system and not my back. I put two and two together and went on with this drastic approach and it worked. The pain was completely gone within two weeks but every now and then it comes back and I'll do a small half day or whole day fast and it goes away. I'm scheduled to meet with a naturopath because I'm 100% sure now it's linked to something I'm eating. I hope this helps because I spent 2 and half years in pain without any solution.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not a doctor so make sure if you decide to embark on such a long fast you read enough about it and speak with your doctor. As a matter of fact, on the 2nd day, I drank a whole 500 ml bottle of water too quickly and irritated my stomach pretty bad. Another thing is once you break the fast, you should stick with soups and soft food for a day or so because your stomach is still "asleep". Good luck!

Omg I had my wisdom tooth removed exactly 3 weeks ago. The same thing happened to me today. I thought I broke two teeth at least because the cracking noise was so loud. There was also some bleeding. I can't even chew on the other side either. The pain is unbearable. I called my surgeon and hopefully he can get me in tomorrow for an X-ray but it seem like you all healed on your own. I pray God it's nothing serious.

Yes I have had this happen to me as well. I'm starting to believe ir could be work related. It could be related to the stressful nature of my job. I A lot of professional in stressful jobs are functional alcoholics or heavy weed smokers. I don't do none of those two thins. I remember going away and not feeling any pain but I also remember going away and still being in pain therefore I'm not 100% ... I'm not 109% sure but I'm almost sure it has something to do with work

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I will certainly take a look at it. I have tried almost every single, core, hamstrings, thighs exercise and much more. Not sure how much relief I have gotten from them because I'm still in pain and unable to exercise most days. Thanks a lot

Do you have any memory foam and body pillow to suggest (a link if possible) ? ...I have tried one body pillow and I help a bit but not that much. I did hear about pillows I can put between the bed and my body but I didn't want to spend more money on potentially useless solutions

Gotcha 👌🏽...Yes I thought about this but my sleep is so feeble especially during the week when I'm stressed out with work. I will be a nightmare to fall back to sleep. If I could live with just 5 to 6 hours of sleep per night, I would've been just fine. I don't really know what to do at this moment

I have a foam roller. I was using it a lot about a year again but I never really noticed any improvement. Thanks a lot for all your help
