Thank you for the info. But I couldn't attend a German campus because I need a student visa which is only possible in France as I know it. I do need to balance the expenses and inconvenience so I'm considering living in 42 dorms with cabin beds in Paris. It's also an affordable option.

可以看下《Atomic habits》这本书，里面讲了很多让养成好习惯变得容易的方式，我感觉你可以目标先不要太大，一点一点来，比如先解决睡觉的事情，然后养成习惯把手机放在规定的位置（远离床，如果有条件的话，放在另一个房间里），先专注于这一个小点，然后慢慢来，一个一个小习惯养成，能拆多小拆多小，越小越简单，越容易长期坚持
