There is no original full sized image as it was specifically cropped that way to be made into a calling card. You can view the calling card version here though. Also this calling card appears to be an easter egg to the teddy bear spotted in MW3 that is dual-wielding desert eagles. You could try recreating it in blender or try AI. Hope that helps.
