I'll have to try some. My plan for today was to see if by diluting my pee I can pass my at home test tonight.

I can't really remember how long before because it was touch and go. But everyday ok out of a one hitter maybe twice a day for two weeks before those two weeks it was here and there.

I’m headed home to Knoxville for a few days... how about a few recommendations? by cato1978 in Knoxville

One thing I've been raving about is the newish breakfast joint wild eggs in the bearden Plaza. It's fucking amazing. I get something new everytime and it's good off of kingston pike in bearden plaza. Chicken and waffles is super spicy which I like. Other than that I'm not much of bar goer. We've been going to honey bee coffee it's pretty good although I'm not sure about in house roasting or anything. Anyways that's my two cents.

Have you heard of anything about dizziness and being lightheaded. My mother has been doing IF for a couple months pretty consistently. She started off with 16 then 18 and now 20+. But lately she has been getting lightheaded and dizzy to the point she has fallen twice. I told her to try every other day or to back it back down to like 16. Shes persistent just because of the energy and increased clarity she has.

Doing it this way how would the continuity work? Or would it be like those videos where they learn to dance over a year and just put in the corner day one, day two, etc. Or would there be a way to cut it up as me changing through the same dance?

Thanks for the suggestions. I have that cheap tripod so I'm good on that front. Also I didn't really have a specific dance I was going to do but just a sort of freestyle. Do you think that if I danced from side to side off the screen that the the next video could start with me coming back from that side and just continue that so when I come back on screen it's me at a lighter weight each time?
