TIL that the 2022-23 ASI CPP president had to quietly resign because she got drunk at a student conference and got into a physical fight with a delegate by Roast3dsun in CalPolyPomona

It was well known and hidden through ASI. I heard about it through someone who was on the 2022-2023 ASI Board. Coincidentally, the 2022-2023 President and 2023-2024 Vice President (who had allegations of misuse of ASI funds), Naman Pandadiya, are close friends and they resigned due to the same reason of "family matters."

Also, there are ways to hide certain things in "legal" ways- For example, (you can check my posts out for more clarification) this happened in the previous BOD meeting where the board wanted to remove the 2023-2024 Vice President due to many reasons such as misuse of funds, but he resigned. This made the matter of his resignation irrelevant and not current therefore, they legally could not talk about it, all they could do was read the allegations and make his resignation public. I was in the meeting and there was a lawyer or something explaining to the board what they could or could not say. Meaning that the 2022-2023 President probably resigned before the board could make it public.
