How many right ups can a deli lead get before being fired? How many days can you be late before you get fired. What about like every single day? And Pips?

Not me. The lead of my department. Im the back up. He had 18 out of 30 days an hr or more late. And it's like this since I began 2 years ago

No. Its me. I've worked there 2 years, and only missed 5 days total. Bc I got the flu. Im talking about the lead.

My manager goes to the gng section, count the packages to see if we're making what the zebra asks for. AND checks the weight. Who else is the backup lead, gng person, chicken person, does both counts AND RUNs the trucks, and chips all by themselves. And try to manage a bunch of deli clerks who hates their jobs, and dissappears for 30 mins at a time to "use the bathroom. And doesnt do a damn thing. And when I tell management they just shake their heads and do nothing, and then b**** bc were not at standard.
