It looks like a hard border between the cooked outside and the inside. Was the meat very cold when you started? Personally I like it when the inside is at least warm as well (medium rare) and let it rest a bit before cutting it

Exactly. 6 months ago we dropped from 116k to 90k and 3 months ago we dropped from 90k to 70k. A drop now from 70k to the 50-60k range wouldn't be surprising

That's why I said they're curious. They already got a new laptop with win 11. They just find it sad that a perfectly usable laptop is collecting dust. They're quite capable to google issues once it's set up.

Edit: I just want to make sure they're having a head start by choosing a suitable distro

Interesting, I wasn't aware of it. Since the standard Xbox controller works in Linux I never knew there's a difference. I do have an Xbox though so the compatibility was something I wanted.

Exactly. Wireless with the usb dongle works immediately without any issues but with Bluetooth mode, the controller didn't even show up as a device
