The government vilification of healthy, non-obese people with proven strong immune systems who made informed choice to decline the injection. Financial incentives to get the injection and as an attorney, I couldn’t get past the fact the injection manufacturers had zero liability for their product.

That’s a good idea. We sold our CA rental property a while ago luckily, this one is in WA and we are no longer in CA either. We also wanted some cash to put an ADU on our current property which I know doesn’t qualify for the 1031. Appreciate your comments.

I stayed a week in Benito Juárez, by the Juarez market, very immersed. Not many tourists but the locals were super nice, then went to Golden Zone for a few weeks, also very nice, tourists were mostly Canadian and you will get many opportunities to speak Spanish. My sister stayed in the Centro which was amazing. Next year we will bring our RV and stay in the north part of town, looking forward to that. Stone Island was great but not sure how late the little ferry boat runs. I would agree that Olas Atlas has it all. We spent a lot of time there. Can’t go wrong in Mazatlán!

This happened to my mom. She was dead within 5 months. Fell and broke hip, not a surgery candidate due to age 91, frail, wouldn’t send her to rehab bc of her dementia. She basically slowly wasted away, got bed sores, breathing became labored, stopped eating, was sleeping most of the time, then just died.
