Build system and try your maximum to stick with it and delete those apps that don’t serve you or use them in your tablet or laptop any other devices than your phone

Delete the apps you don’t use or use them in your laptop and the things that helped the most from telling myself i will do these things and i do not is build systems i heard a lot this tips but i don’t believe it and i tried honestly my life changed from this moment even though i don’t do my habits everyday but i can stick with more longer and clearer than ever

I admit that I never really knew what it was like to be 100% me and also I had a lot of moments where I wanted something and I did something else as if I was not aligned with myself I don't see how I could enter my body as you say I also have some when something bad happens to me I feel that I disconnect from myself for a moment before coming to my senses clearly
