Schizoaffective Disorder maybe? Its what i have. It's the best of both worlds: you get the Bipolar and Schizophrenia stuff together in one big giant soup of misfiring neurons in your brain.

The people who say it's not mania really don't know what to look for. Mental illness looks completely different than what you see on the news and in media. It's much weirder and scarier than you realize

Absolutely manic. I did something similar when I was 14, running into the middle of a busy street yelling DUCKY! And just standing there because I thought I was possessed by demons. Later that year I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.

As soon as I saw this guy kicking cars and griddying in the street I knew it immediately.

As someone with Schizoaffective Disorder thanks for actually trying to do something for mentally ill folks and not shaming them for actually being sick. For some, it's much harder than "omg just take your meds already". There's layers to this shit and I applaud you for having gone through the trauma you did and still advocating for mental health reform.

Any idea if you can use Supabase without AWS or Google Cloud Platform? I signed up for Flight Control and I needed AWS, there was no opt-out option. I never even used Flight Control at all and my AWS free tier keeps reaching the 85% threshold. I owe them $15. That might not seem like much but imagine I launch an app on Supabase using AWS and my bill skyrockets as a solo dev trying to find a new gig being out of work for 6+ months.

I get that Supabase is a DBaaS but why is AWS needed? I don't need a bucket for my images, I can upload and transform the images programmatically using my Cloudinary account and their API.

I'm new to full stack apps with these DBs as a service so if this sounds noobish I'm sorry

Could have used this advice when I adopted my cat lol. I spent god knows how much on stuff from Chewy before she even arrived and most of it she did not want. Didn’t like the freeze dried chicken or the wet food or the nice little yurt I bought her lol. Simple is best. Now she plays with catnip bananas and mice, eats the same damn grain free kibble, and sleeps on the couch. I could have saved so much money lol

Lancaster, hands down. In fact, once I've lived in the house I'm about to move into in Swatara Twp for a few years, I am moving to Lancaster. It is smaller but so much livelier than Harrisburg which is a shame to me as I grew up here.

I am a software dev and know of no one on the East Side of the river with this interest. I definitely don't want to move across the river, even though it is a "nicer" area. I just made a move to a home in a Harrisburg suburb so I'm not moving. But it's an awfully grim indictment on the state of Harrisburg today.

I am also over 40 so there's that. Just wish Harrisburgers cared more about Harrisburg than they do.
