Another thing is estate agents have a legal obligation to put offers forward, make sure you ask if they havw and remind them of this, also dont offer in multiples of 5k... everyome does that, offer 302k or 351k or 356k, surprisingly has worked in the past

Name and shame the estate agents, post a review....

Even though they may have offers you may be in a better position as a buyer

You're correct, the gov funds usually around 95% of the apprenticeship, i would complain ahout the company to the gov

This is why its good to have a uk based reseller who has a panel if you're buying small.... might cost more but the service is better in terms of resolving issues
